2020/03/20 Release Notes (Admin)
This release contains important changes to the way protocols are prescribed. Please read these notes carefully.
♠︎ Letter to Sign / Send
An issue was identified that was causing the 'Letters to Sign/Send module to break if there were no letters visible. This issue has now been resolved.
♠︎ Date/Time received was being truncated to date so incorrectly displaying received date. Correct Date now displayed in Messages module
All messages visible in the ‘Imported’ folder of the Messages module now have the correct date received displayed.
♠︎ New Organisation preference setting – View / Acknowledge Documents and eReferrals in Results Pending
A new organisation Preference will allow users to acknowledge both patient documents and referrals from within the Results Pending module.
This is in anticipation of a planned future change to receive referrals and documents via the referral messages channel rather than via the Test Results channel.
♠︎ Referrals / Correspondence module
The action buttons (Print, Save, Save & Close) will not display on the page until the letter has 100% rendered on the page. This will avoid letters being saved blank. The Print button will also not be visible until the letter has been saved.
We are still working with the Letter module vendor on the error in the letter window of "session expired - please refresh the page"; we are currently waiting on advice from the letter module vendor for a resolution to this related issue.
♠︎ Booking Request Calendar
In the Booking Requests module, the ‘Close’ button is now visible on the calendar popup window
♠︎ New Report - Additional information add to new PHDB / HCP Data Check Report
All data recorded for Ad-hoc PAyors, as well as the existing health fund payors are now captured in the report. There have also been additional columns added to include all patient principle diagnosis, which is being mapped from the Conditions and Allergies as well as the Admission Coding visit forms.
♠︎ Editing Service Description of Provider Charge
There was a bug identified in the Billing module whereby if a provider charge is entered, and then the service description of the service is edited, then the provider charge would reset to $0.00. Users are also no longer able to edit a service item description after the invoice for the account has been generated.
♠︎ Week Numbers removed from Calendar View:
On the Appointment calendar, we have now removed the week numbers due to popular demand.
♠︎ Printing Page 1 of HC21
We have isolated an issue that caused the HC21 page 1 to corrupt on printing which caused the background to not be visible, as well as data being misaligned. This issue has now been resolved.
♠︎ Appointment Management page - Appointment Note icon
The Appointment Note icon now correctly displays for all inpatient visits associated with a protocol which have an appointment note added
