2022/02/23 epi-me Release Notes 22/03/2022
BUGS FIXES:
Cardiac Surgery Question unable to be clicked on Safari x Mac:
There was an issue identified with the Cardiac Surgery Question located on Page 3 of epi-me’s health History forms, where users were unable to select an answer when completing their online admission forms using either Safari internet browser, or Apple devices. This issue has now been resolved.
Reminder email going to Patient not User Epi-me user’s identified an issue with notifications emails being sent from epi-me. Notification emails were being sent to the patient’s email address, and not the email address linked to the user’s account. This issue has now been resolved, and notification emails are being sent as expected.
Procedure Date was not displaying correctly on Admission Details page
The Procedure date field was saving the correct date in the database, but was not displaying correctly when navigating back to the Admission Details page. The data in this field was still populating the export correctly and was displaying correctly on the PDF. This view issue has been fixed.
Neurological Section printing truncated on General Health History PDF:
The Neurological section on the Health History PDF was printing in a truncated format to the side of the page. This was then fixed.
MBS Item numbers able to be edited once the Admission form was Submitted:
An issue was identified on page 1 of epi-me’s Admission Forms. Patient’s/Users and hospital staff were able to open the Admission details page after the Admission form was submitted, and then enter or change MBS item numbers. This resulted in the he form not able to be saved as it was in a status of ‘Submitted’
Edit patient Details: Selecting ‘Change to another patient’ did not save the selection On page 2 of epi-me’s Admission Form (Personal Details page), the Edit Patient details popup was not displaying the correct list of patients when the ‘Patient Details Change Reason’ was set to ‘Change to another patient’. The radio button was not showing a list of patients in the account or allowing them to be selected. This issue has now been resolved.
Patient Consent to Receive Marketing Material had the wrong heading users identified a spelling mistake in the ‘Patient Consent to Receive Marketing Material’ Report This has now been corrected
NEW FEATURES:
Added the search option of MRN / UR Number to the patient Search Function We have added the ability for Administration (hospital) users to search for patients via MRN / UR Number,making it easier to identify patients. Please note that the Facility must be selected first before clicking search.
New Question add as an option for Customers Patient Name same as Medicare Card Using a new form configuration, on the Insurance Page under Medicare Card expiry field we have added a new question "Is the Patient's name the same as on their Medicare Card with yes and No as options then if No is selected a field for "Patient's name as per Medicare Card". This was added to allow for Patients who have a different name on their Medicare Card to their legal name. This can be turned on via the Insurance Details Form Configuration page using the following:

CHANGES: Instructions to patients made clearer for GP search and GP Practice search On the GP Details page (Page 4 of epi-me’s Admission Form), customers have reported that some patients find it hard to understand the prompts to lookup their GP in the GP lookup field, and the GP practice lookup field. the format in which patients need to enter their search have been underlined to make it clearer to patients or users completing the form.
