Referral Worklist - uploaded documents icon was not present for Acute eReferrals (EM-6893, Helpdesk #16230)
This helpful tooltip was showing for Rehab and Mental Health eReferrals, but has now been extended to Acute eReferrals.

TrakCare integration - eAdmission & eReferral Documents now resend on change of Admission Date in TrakCare (EM-6869, Helpdesk #33157)
This bug has been outstanding since our initial release of the TrakCare Patient Administration System integration.
When the Admission Date of an episode linked to epi-me is changed, epi-me will not only reflect the change in Admission Date but now also resend the following documents showing the new admission date:
> eReferral - Acute eReferral PDF printout
> eAdmission- Admission Form + Health History Form PDF printouts
