2024/06/25 - Patch Release Notes epi-me (Rehab eReferrals)
NEW FEATURES
ADMIN PORTAL
Rehab Medical History - screen for usage of Adrenaline Autoinjectors (EM-7522, Helpdesk #34383)
In the Allergy section beneath the Medications / Tapes / Latex / Food questions (i.e only shows if ‘Patient has allergies’), the Adrenaline Autoinjectors functionality described here for the Patient Portal has been added to the Rehab Medical History page.
The only differences to the Patient Portal functionality equivalent is that:
1. There is no note instructing the User to bring it to hospital because the User is a healthcare provider and NOT the patient themselves.
2. No Form Configuration is used to control the visibility of this functionality - it will show for all Users of the Rehab Medical History page.
Rehab Medical History - screen for Allergy Action Plans (EM-7657, Helpdesk #34383)
The Allergy Action Plan question from the Patient Portal (also described here) has also been extended to the Rehab Medical History page and positioned immediately below the Adrenaline Autoinjectors question described above.
The only differences to the Patient Portal functionality equivalent is that:
1. There is no note instructing the User to bring it to hospital or upload it because the User is a healthcare provider and NOT the patient themselves.
2. No Form Configuration is used to control the visibility of this functionality - it will show for all Users of the Rehab Medical History page.
HEALTHSCOPE ONLY - Rehab Assessment Outcome - new template for 'BUPA / HBF (WA) Rehabilitation Program Certificate' (EM-7669, Helpdesk #35748)
A new version (FF 4.22) of this certificate has been mapped into the BUPA / HBF (WA) printout option available on the Assessment Outcome page.
