Billing Go Live checklist - new provider (existing site)
First step, is follow the New Users setup guide first including adding the provider numbers for the Drs' location in each site under User Community Roles.

New Doctor or Allied Health Provider with Medicare prov number
Has Medicare and the funds got the bank account details of the Doctor? Each fund needs to be notified of the Dr's bank account details (for Australian Health Service Alliance funds, you can notify just the AHSA and this will cover the member funds
Has Medicare and the funds linked the Provider Number to the EpiSoft issued minor customer ID?
BUPA claims
Have you obtained Payee IDs for each provider from BUPA? Bupa does not use the provider number but rather their allocated Payee ID to identify providers for Eclipse.
Are all your contracts setup correctly with No Gaps and/or scheme?
Once you have receive the Payee ID for your new provider/s from BUPA, please provide these to EpiSoft
Contract setup
Medibank Private claiming - tick Scheme on the Contract.
DVA claiming - tick Bulk Bill on the contract.
