NEW FEATURES:
PATIENT PORTAL
Making Admission Date optional for waitlist and other admission cohorts (EM-7247)
Episoft have implemented a new form configuration, at the request of one of our customers, ADMISSION_DETAILS_ENABLE_ADMISSION_DATE_UNKNOWN_NON_PUBLIC_PATIENTS (default False). When set to True, this displays a standalone question on the Admission details page (page 1 of the Admission/Registration Form) labelled: 'Has your Doctor advised you of your admission date? *' (Y/N)
When 'No' is selected it will hide the Admission Date, Procedure date (if applicable) and 'Room type' fields on the page and in the back end of the software default the patient's date of admission to the next 25th of December after the admission. To enable this on your hospital forms, please get in contact with our Helpdesk.
Relabelling of Enduring Guardian to Medical Decision maker via Form Configuration (EM-8185)
A new form configuration labelled LEGAL_ALTERNATE_LABEL_FOR_ENDURING_GUARDIAN_MEDICAL_DECISION_MAKER (default False) has been added to the Legal page.
